How we work
A few clients, long partnerships.
We work in small batches. First we sit down with the people who run the process every day. We map what they actually need — not what looks good in a presentation.
We build the smallest working core, ship it, and watch how it behaves in real operation. Then we grow — gradually, where it makes sense.
If we ever want to step back from a project, the code, documentation and access are ready for someone else to pick up seamlessly. Vendor lock-in is the client's choice, not something we quietly impose.
